What do we offer?

Below is our Everyday Wellness & Weight Loss Membership! We include everything you need- a custom plan, 1:1 coaching support, resources that help you stay on track, and a group that provides community.

Everyday Wellness & Weight Loss Membership

Monthly Membership

  • 1:1 initial coach meeting with Chelsea to go over your goals and create your custom plan (45min)
  • 1:1 Weekly Coach Meeting with Chelsea (15min weekly following initial meeting)

  • Daily texting of weight for both accountability & progress (or less often if preferred)

  • Daily support with Chelsea as-needed (Monday-Friday via text or email)

  • Relapse prevention tools that provide the awareness you need to stay on track

  • General Wellness Resources

  • Access to weekly group meetings for implementation of tools, resources, questions, etc followed by individuals within the group sharing what they've learned that week, what they want to focus on, and their wins for that week

  • Access to an online Community for peer support, encouragement, and new recipe ideas

Meet Your Coach...

Chelsea Priddy comes highly recommended as she's helped over nine-hundred men and women achieve their weight loss goals. With eight years of coaching experience and her Genesis Certification, she has decided to start her own personal coaching program called "Everyday Wellness". Chelsea's passion is to guide people on their journey of health and wellness.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and paddle boarding.
